There are a lot of tools within in the Office 365 suite for helping with productivity. One of the most basic is tracking things you need to do. There is Planner for those tasks that are part of a small group initiative, Project for large scale efforts, and DevOps for tracking bugs, risks, and developer activities.
One of the most underused is To Do. To Do is the outcome of the Microsoft acquisition of Wunderlist in 2015. Microsoft has been slowly rolling To Do into the enterprise tools, including replacing the tasks from Outlook with To Do.
