Methodology

Abel Solutions has a rich tradition of structuring our systems delivery projects according to a strong methodology.  Over the years the methodology has been updated and adjusted to accommodate the changes in platform technologies and best practices of our industry.

The graphic below presents a high level depiction of the Abel Solutions software development lifecycle methodology.  

• Each methodology phase has associated action items, deliverables, participants, duration, and preconditions.

 

• The Design and Implementation phase is iterative in nature, allowing for a rapid prototyping/customer feedback loop, ensuring that we provide the customer with a solution that meets their expectations.

 

• Our Project Management methodology makes liberal use of tools and templates such as SharePoint project collaboration sites, project plans, status reports, issues lists and risk matrices that ensure consistency of delivery with minimal risk.
